Britannia Lanes of Somerset carries on a long tradition of Moving, Storing and Shipping started by the founders of the Company Mike and Sylvia Lane in 1974.
This depot was set up in 2000 by Maria Lane, (now Maria Russell). The branch covers all aspects of the moving process and now boasts a wealth of experience in European and National removals, part loads, shipping, fire-safe storage and archive facilities.
In 2006 Britannia Lanes expanded on the site and now offer 8,000 sq feet of purpose-built self store across 3 floors with a dedicated 3 tonne goods lift.
Run day to day by Maria and her husband Angus, the Somerset depot excels at industry training in all aspects of the removals service for their own staff and for other industry members nationwide.
As one of the first to be awarded the Kitemark for domestic moving, Britannia Lanes of Somerset continue their tradition of excellence in the industry and for the Britannia brand as a whole.
