I just wanted to compliment your staff for the excellent service they provided us in our recent part load removal from Norway to the UK.
We booked through Pickfords but they contracted out the job to Britannia (14/06/11 Elverum Norway)
The two guys who packed all the difficult things were very professional and polite to us (and even made us tea as we had no facilities!)
Everything was very well packed with no breakages.
I would certainly recommend them.
