Mobile Self Storage at Britannia Hull

For several years Britannia Hull have run a mobile self storage service. The service is aimed at those who don’t have their own transport or don’t wish to pay removal fees.

We can deliver a storage container to your home in a trailer. If space permits this can be placed on your drive. We will then leave the storage container in the trailer for you to load. When you have finished loading it just give us a call and we will come and collect it again. If you think you may need a second container then this can usually be supplied quite easily. Normally two hours is allowed to load each container which is ample time.

Mobile storage takes the stress out of having to either hire a van with all the necessary licence, fuel and damage waiver implications. It will also save you a lot of time as you only physically have to handle all your items once. Having loaded the storage unit, Britannia Hull will remove the container with a forklift and store it in their purpose-built and secure warehouse. The process is just reversed when you require re-delivery.

As well as for moving home, mobile self storage is also ideal if you are downsizing, decorating, need student storage, are moving home or need somewhere to keep the childrens possessions!

A wide range of packing materials can also be bought from our onsite shop. This includes a range of different size cartons, as well as items such as sofa and mattress bags.
