Site Visits

A Site Visit is an integral part of planning any Office Move. If Britannia has been to meet with representatives of your company then we will have an understanding of how you want us to carry out your move. However, if we’ve visited the Site(s) involved in the move, then we will have a unique insight into the challenges and potential obstacles we might face in carrying out the move. It also puts us in a position where we can apply our experience in planning your move based on first hand knowledge of the Site and the layout of the offices.

Through a Site visit, we can answer certain key questions straight away:

  • Is there easy access to the building?
  • Are there lifts to all floors?
  • Where are the loading bays and how accessible are they?
  • Do you require decommissioning of IT equipment?
  • What does a Risk Assessment tell us?
  • Are we complying with all Health & Safety regulations?

These are just a few of the important questions that can be answered – Britannia is always prepared to set aside the time for a Site Visit. We value your business and as an important Client of Britannia’s we want to make sure that your office move goes according to plan and to the high standards our industry has come to expect from Britannia.
