In order to achieve these things we allocate an Account Manager to our Clients to help build the relationship and develop that understanding of our customers’ business and its needs that is so vital to getting our job right.

Our Account Managers provide a single point of contact for their counterparts in our Clients offices. As well as regular contact and monthly reports, our Account Managers meet with our Clients regularly to assess our performance and get to know more about their business.

This all strikes the right balance to help Britannia keep at the head of the Corporate moving market and ensure that our service is as comprehensive and strong as our Clients want it to be.
