Moved 04/11/2019 The removal crew, Ryan-H, Big Dave and, Matty (and Les, on the pre-packing day before) were OUTSTANDINGLY diligent, professional and helpful. This type of attitude was prevalent at EVERY stage of the process; whether it was Martin during the estimating etc, or Jacki during the booking process etc – but this professionalism is all the more important on the (potentially) most traumatic day of all. An “exceptional” team make a MAJOR difference over the merely “great” team. We were SO RELAXED because of their cheery disposition and professional manner, that we were able to go out and have a cup-of-coffee during the loading! Not many removals go that smoothly, and we have had quite few in our lifetime. Who could fail to be impressed by the thoroughness of Martin Wilks and subsequently, Jacki in the office? Outstandingly professional at EVERY step of the way.
