I thought I would drop you a note to thank you for my recent move from Witney to Drfiffield. The lads who performed the move were absolutely excellent and are a great credit to your organisation. They were very efficient and cheerful and even when faced with the unbelievable scenario of the people who we bought the house from turning up without the keys (they had left them at their new house 40 miles away which meant a delay in gaining access), your lads took the attitude that ‘worse things happen at sea’ and decided to unload all that they could into the garden whilst we waited for access.
Although delayed, the lads remained positive, unrushed and polite throughout the unload. Furthermore, their labelling of boxes and reliable organisation has also helped us with the unpacking – we are almost half way through unpacking now with no breakages discovered as yet. Please thank them once again for us and rest assured that they are first rate ambassadors for your company and help to reduce the stress of a very stressful time.
Crew made move very easy. they were very efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them. Thanks for making my move so stress free!

A quick note to commend your team for packing and moving us from Beamhurst to Newborough last week.
Absolutely everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. We encountered some issues on the day of the move, with an extra vehicle being required to finish off at our old house, and a late access to the new house due to the previous owners packers still being there. However, all of this was dealt with quickly and without any fuss.
Of special mention, however, are the two guys who unloaded and unpacked on Thursday 17th October. I think their names were John and Ian. They worked absolutely flat out from the minute they arrived until they finished at 18.00. There were some really awkward pieces of furniture to get up two floors and I am still amazed that they did it. Once again, both the guys were really friendly and courteous. I can’t commend them enough, really.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Goodwins again and will be recommending your firm to anyone in the area.
