Hi Stephen,
Just to let you know the container arrived last week, plus 3 Thai workers
to unload it, plus the forklift we hired. They started unpacking at
10.30am and where finished at 12 noon.
Everything was intact with no damage to anything, and it appeared that the
Thai customs never even looked at the contents because every item was in
exactly the same place as when it was packed in Spain!

It was an extremely efficient service from the outset. I am one of life’s wingers to be honest. Always amazed at he lack of service that we seem to get these days. However, the flip side is that I am also very pleased to receive good service and Casserlys Britannia exceeded my expectations. The first visit was made by a very personable chap who explained the service extremely well. He offered advice where needed and introduced the company well. I also called in to see the office staff to collect a box or two and found them to be very friendly and helpful. Finally, the boys arrived on the day of the move on time and set to the task with great gusto. I think it is fair to say that nothing was too much bother for them and they went beyond what was expected. In short, a great group of lads who supplied a great service. I’m hoping we don’t need your services again as I have promised to stay put this time. However, I would certainly recommend you to others. I would also like to say that we have moved house many times and I have never used a removal company. I also felt that I couldn’t afford the extravagance and thought it would more beneficial to hire a van ourselves. I was wrong. I felt the cost was more than reasonable. This was the first time we`d moved house for 30 years – & we were told it could be stressful – certain parts were, but the one part that most certainly wasn`t was the part played by Britannia Thomas Casserlys. First contact with the office was very courteous, helpful & efficient, & then in particular the 3 guys who moved us, were fantastic – nothing was too much trouble for them, everything arrived & the complete packing service we`d booked was therefore just that! Thanks very much – we are delighted with the service & would definitely recommend your Company to anybody requiring removals

Well we are finally here in The Brambles and the move went very well indeed, your guys were terrific both on moving out of Congleton and moving in to Newcastle. Very careful and considerate when bringing the furniture in and very obliging in placing it where we wanted it and even when I changed my mind!!!
We recommended you to our neighbour and I understand she is using you too but we would certainly urge family and friends who may be moving to contact you as our experience with Goodwins has been first class.

Moved from Crewe, Cheshire to Crewe, Cheshire 21/01/2014
They worked very, very hard and barely stopped all day – they were absolute stars! They started at 8 45 and didn’t finish until early evening. I expected a larger crew so that the move wouldn’t take as long (I felt sorry for the 2 men having to shift all my stuff on their own!).
Courteous, friendly service before the move and a competitive quote. Huge thanks to the blokes who moved us!!!!
