It has been thirty plus years since my wife and myself last moved house; for us, a big undertaking to re-locate to a different part of the Country.
We chose to use Goodwins as a name picked out amongst others to estimate and give costings. You were competitive,and above all your estimator,Darren,gave all the calming reassurances required for us to contract you for our move.
Your administrative staff -Catherine and others- accommodated our arrangements and requirements with total efficiency.
Our move was over a three day period. Vinny and Alan were with us all along, and Tony assisted on day two. This team and their work ethic were almost unbelievable. They took up the reins from the beginning, and right through to leaving,guided us through our experience with total calm ,good humour, and competence. They are a great credit to your Company name with their total dedication to their Employer’s interests.

I thought I would drop you a note to thank you for my recent move from Witney to Drfiffield. The lads who performed the move were absolutely excellent and are a great credit to your organisation. They were very efficient and cheerful and even when faced with the unbelievable scenario of the people who we bought the house from turning up without the keys (they had left them at their new house 40 miles away which meant a delay in gaining access), your lads took the attitude that ‘worse things happen at sea’ and decided to unload all that they could into the garden whilst we waited for access.

Although delayed, the lads remained positive, unrushed and polite throughout the unload. Furthermore, their labelling of boxes and reliable organisation has also helped us with the unpacking – we are almost half way through unpacking now with no breakages discovered as yet. Please thank them once again for us and rest assured that they are first rate ambassadors for your company and help to reduce the stress of a very stressful time.
