Dear Darren & all at Goodwin Removals

I wanted to write to you personally to say a huge THANK YOU and especially the boys on the day who moved our house for us.

From the moment I picked up the phone to make the initial enquiry, to every member of staff I spoke to beforehand, to the day of our move; I was dealt with in such a friendly, personable way. The boys on the day were extremely friendly, helpful and kind; I only wish I had thanked them more on the day.

I have never used a removals company before so I was unsure of the procedure and indeed as to whether I should actually spend the money to get help to move my belongings to a new house, however it was the best money I have spent in a long time and I have indeed told others about you!

Keep up the amazing service!

I just wanted to say thanks to all at Britannia Lanes. We collected our stored items this weekend and the whole process has been very easy and professional at all stages (from the initial estimation, the removal, the collection and of course all the administrative aspects).

Just wanted to drop a quick note to thank the team at Britannia for a great and easy move (as easy as a move can be!) The whole process was very straightforward and hassle free. You were fantastic answering all our questions, in the speed of light! The day of the move, the moving team (Brain and John) arrived sharply on time, and they were very pleasant, smiley and helpful. It was a joy to see them working! Their driving skills are amazing (the farm track was a bit of a challenge)
