This just a note to thank you and your colleagues for the great service and helpful advice related to the shipping of tools and small items from my late Father's household. Much to our satisfaction everything arrived safely two weeks ago. Thanks to your advice, customs  inspection charges etc came to only NZ$140 and your agent, New Zealand Van lines, were prompt and careful in their delivery.

I just wanted to send you a very quick note to say ‘thanks’. You know more than me that moving home can be stressful but thanks to you guys everything was very straight forward. Jay was very polite and courteous to my partner and I when he packed everything up at the Leicester end. Similarly, the removal men were exactly the same and also very informative in relation to their time of arrival in Zurich. All three of them are a credit to Britannia and whilst I don’t wish to return to the UK for a few years I will have no hesitation in contacting you should the desire to go ‘home’ arise. As I mentioned to you in a previous conversation your initial guidance and subsequent communications were also a big help.

This is a thank you for all your hard work. I have received my boxes safely, only one broken picture! Not bad. The delivery guy was delightful and despite the pouring rain was helpful and polite. I may never move again, but if I do, I'll know who to call.

A belated thank you for all your assistance in arranging the shipment of our goods to Brisbane, also to your staff for their work at Ash Close. They were very efficient and as unintrusive as they could possibly be in the circumstances! Your advice re customs and Quarantine stood us in good stead. They inspected at least 50% of our packages but were satisfied that there was nothing that required any treatment or would not be allowed through.

With the flooding that Brisbane experienced in January you will probably understand that we had a few anxious days wondering if the ship and our container had been diverted elsewhere when the port was closed, whether it was floating on the dockside or worse, in Moreton Bay! However, everything was delivered safely on the 27th and we are feeling a lot more settled now that we are surrounded by our own possessions.

Thank you once again, we would certainly recommend Leatherbarrows to anyone.

Just to tell you that my removal went smoothly and efficiently.  They arrived promptly and had everything packed and were away in just over an hour.  The men were polite and professional.  I would not hesitate in recommending your firm to anybody needing removals.
 
The men did say that my goods would definitely not need three storage containers, in fact, they said it was possible that my goods might fit into just one.  I am going to keep my fingers crossed.

Just to say thank you for a great job on our international move from Paignton to Pottsville, Arkansas.

Although we were about one week behind schedule, due to weather situations in the UK, and heavy snow over here, everything arrived without anything missing or damaged. The guys on the UK side were great, pleasant, curtious and hard working and I recommend them.

We are now settled, in our new home, and catching up on corresspondance etc.
