I joined Britannia Lanes in 2005 after meeting Maria at an industry conference a few years before. I am a keen rugby and snowboarding fan and when not at work enjoy spending time with my family.
Kate Prosser – Office Administrator
My name is Kate Prosser, I have worked for Britannia Lanes Of Somerset & Bristol since 2007 as the Office Administrator. My main duties include being the first point of contact for clients in person, via the telephone and email. I am responsible for typing all quotes and correspondence to our clients and ensuring that everything is sent out on time. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my partner, family and friends.
Andreas Johannsen – Surveyor
I joined the company in 2007 as a surveyor having spent time with a Local BAR member. My history is in retail management and my current role allows me to be the forward face of Britannia Lanes. My role is vital to the company and our clients as it is my job to assess our clients’ needs allay any fears that our clients may have and gain the relevant information for the crews to ensure a smooth move. When not at work I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and 2 children.
Andy Collier – Removals Manager
I joined Britannia Lanes Of Somerset & Bristol in October 2017 after relocating from Coventry to Somerset as mine and my wife’s families already lived in Somerset and we wanted to get out of the hustle and bustle of city life. I previously worked at Squab as their Operations manager for Document Management and Assistant Operations manager for removals. I spent 5 happy years working and training within the industry.
My role includes managing the staff and vehicles on a daily basis and running the removals diary.
