Trains to nearby Elgin take 21 minutes, Inverness and Aberdeen both have journey times around 1 hour 10 minutes depending on the service. There is a single early morning through service to Dundee and Edinburgh Waverly. There are 5 trains on a Sunday, with one of the Aberdeen services carrying on to Glasgow Queen Street.
For those working in Elgin, it is only a 24-minute drive away in good traffic. Be wary at rush hour however. Inverness and Aberdeen are both over an hour’s drive away in good traffic, so commuting by car would be tedious considering traffic.
Inverness and Aberdeen airports are just over an hour’s drive away, perfect for those catching national or international flights (particularly to European destination).
