The nearest train station to Waterlooville is Rowlands Castle, which is situated on the Portsmouth Direct Line between London Waterloo and Portsmouth Harbour railway station. There are trains every hour in the Portsmouth direction, with journey times to Portsmouth and Southsea station around 25 minutes. There are also hourly trains northbound, to London Waterloo. The journey takes 1 hour 27 minutes and calls at the likes of Petersfield, Godalming, Guildford, Woking, and Clapham Junction.
In terms of road links, the A3 is just to the east of Waterlooville and takes drives north to London or south to the coast. The M27 is just a short distance away and snakes along the south coast to the New Forest.
