Just a reminder that although our removal services are temporarily paused due to the current restrictions, that Britannia still have staff working remotely at our head office and local offices to answer your questions. We can do this either over the telephone, email or via the live chat facility on our website.
We are also able to offer video surveys via our video app and telephone surveys, allowing us to provide customers with quotations. This is a great way for customers to get a head-start for when we do finally come out of lockdown. Having a survey and approved quote, will allow customers to progress their booking efficiently, rather than having to start from scratch.

You can then arrange a survey at a convenient time for you, although kindly note that due to the current Government guidelines Britannia are only able to provide video or telephone surveys. If you’re interested in a video survey, simply discuss this with your local office and download the app from the relevant store, depending on whether you have an Apple or Android phone.
