However, certain items are dutiable including but not restricted to new goods, electrical items owned less than 6 months, cars and second quantities of items such as TVs, golf clubs etc. Your local Britannia Member will be able to provide you with up to date details of these items. All shipments are subject to open customs inspection, and the owner must be in the country prior to arrival of the effects.
