As you are aware there is unprecedented flooding in Queensland and specifically Brisbane; Australia’s third largest city. The size of the flooding is the equivalent to an area twice the size of Texas or Spain, Germany & France combined.
The Port of Brisbane has been closed for the last few days and electrical power to the Brisbane CBD has been switched off for safety reasons due to the severity of the flooding caused by 20 days of continual rain in Central Queensland. Electricity is periodically being cut in other areas.
This is a very difficult time for all people and businesses in Brisbane and Queensland, which in turn means that all imports and exports of our customers’ belongings are experiencing delays until the floods subside and the roads are opened for transport.
