Alberto Colaccone – Operations Assistant
My primary task is organising and scheduling the removals within Harrison and Rowley and Pink and Jones. Operating a large fleet of vehicles it is my aim to be able to facilitate all removals efficiently and at request of our customers
Emma Green – Operations Administrator
Being with the company for 10 years, I have a deep understanding in all aspects of removals and storage. I take care of invoicing and accounts, administration duties within removals and self-storage, confirming removals and liaising with customers
Shirley Grantham – Sales Administrator
I am responsible for handling all of our leads and booking that come through various marketing streams. Keeping statistical reports of the incoming numbers and reporting these to sales and marketing monthly. I also handle all aftercare, working with loss adjusters and ensuring every removal have been provided with 100% from start to finish.
Vinny Byatt – Branch Manager
I have been the branch manager at Harrison and Rowley for 14 years, with over 30 years’ experience within the industry. I operate a large fleet of vehicles and organise nearly 25 hard-working removal men and porters. I ensure I maximise the potential of the workforce, to deliver the public a first class removal service. Making sure I have enough time to fit in the odd marathon or two in my spare time.
Jim Williams – General Manager
I have come from a background of operational logistics, ranging from waste to healthcare. I have now begun my venture within the removal and storage industry of which I am now general manager for 5 business units over Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. Any spare time is taken up as Leeds United season ticket holder.
Paul Coe – Sales Executive
I survey of a wide area for Harrison and Rowley, visiting customers and showcasing what Britannia has to offer. Working in the removals and storage industry for 26 years, 4 years of those with Britannia, I have a thorough understanding of what people moving house need and want. Working around the tricky scheduling that moving provides and ensuring that we can give everyone an amazing and stress free experience.
Shayne Barnum – Warehouse Manager
I started my journey in the removals and storage industry in the early 90’s with the manager Vinny. From there I have worked through various roles and gained my Class 1 HGV licence and undertaken removals myself. I now reside in the warehouse organising the containers, loading and unloading and getting the crews ready for the busy removals.
