Britannia Leatherbarrows have sponsored the new Oakmeadians Under 9’s match shirts. Andrew Pittwood (Financial Accounts Controller for Britannia Leatherbarrows) stepson Liam Chandler-Brown, plays for the team, which Rob Dance kindly agreed to
“The Under 9’s were the only team in the rugby club that didn’t have proper Oakmeadians match shirts, so they were playing their games in handed down training kits. As the team play their home matches at Meyrick Park in Bournemouth but play away all over Dorset and into Hampshire I asked Robert Dance (Director) if he could sponsor the team” says Andrew.
This is a great way for Britannia Leatherbarrows to get their brand out in the local community as well as being a good cause.
The team look fantastic in their new kits and Britannia hope that having the proper gear inspires them to win!
