Removal Man of The Year for 2019
Chris Palmer has won our prestigious Removal Man of The Year customer service award in 2019.
This is the second time Chris has won regaining the crown that he originally won in 2016. Every month we reward all our staff for great customer service with our Removal Man of The Month award which is calculated on a points basis driven from client feedback and reviews, this builds into a quarterly and the annual award which is hotly contested by all our staff.
Chris said on receiving his award, ‘I just like to treat peoples furniture and effects as if they were my own, look after them at a stressful time and make sure they are happy with what me and my team have done’. Owner Mark Herrington is very proud of all his staff but for Chris to win again is fantastic news. ‘Every day Chris badgers me before he leaves the yard wanting to know as much as possible about his client and their move so he’s fully prepared before he even arrives. Chris will not leave their house until everything is put exactly as his client wants it and it’s been checked and rechecked. The time he spends helping and coaching younger members of his team to his standards can only stand us in good stead for years to come’.
