Again I would like to thank the removal men who performed an excellent job with our move. I understand it was a tough job and it was done expertly and quickly. They took away a considerable amount of stress from what is a stressful experience and made the move more enjoyable. I would recommend your team to anyone.
All members of staff were very helpful and courteous over the two days. Lee appeared to take lead and was helpful in coordinating the move. It was worth paying for the cancellation waiver fee to reserve the date given the short time between exchange and completion – other companies did not offer this life saving option.
I have told friends particularly about the cancellation waiver fee to reserve a moving date given the unhelpfulness of solicitors in dragging out the conveyancing process until the very last minute. The fee appears to be a unique selling point for Britannia Turnbulls.

We would like to say how impressed we were with the very high level of service provided. The men involved, Scott and Alan – hope that’s right – were so helpful, accommodating and easy to work with and provided a very high standard of workmanship and consideration of the property and the furniture etc.. I am a new client to Britannia Brytons and I would like to take this opportunity to compliment the company and in particular your staff, Adele, Kelly, Frans and his team on their extremely professional service.
Adele was always available to answer my (sometimes silly) questions with patience and kindness. Kelly is very much on top of the administration side and both are an absolute pleasure to deal with.
However, it it the packing team that really shone. From the moment Frans, Jabulani and JM arrived, with happy, smiling faces, they not only packed my goods impeccably, they were patient with me adding things at the last minute (apparently that happens a lot 😉 ) and as a result, they made what could have been a very traumatic situation so much easier for me.
All this, AND a great price.
