We moved on Thursday 4th Dec, weather started out okay but then it started to rain heavily and it was cold, Craig, Luke and Craig worked their docks off, I do feel that they needed one more person to help them. We had no problems with Britannia and these 3 guys at all, no breakages or damage, very respectful group, cannot rate them more highly. Job well done - thank you guys

This is my second time using Britannia annd this was a move with very little notice annd they made it work and it went well. I am very pleased with the whole experience and definitely recommend them - from the office to the movers, everyone made sure it was an easy and seamless move

I just had a very positive experience with Britannia Movers. My shipment started back in early May from the US with several twists and turns navigating the Visa, ToR1 form, etc. For those who have had to do it, you know it's a lot to worry about. But as of today, everything has arrived safely and I credit Britannia for their part in executing the last leg with good service. There unfortunately was a communication breakdown and the two gentlemen this morning could have turned around and I would have been charged to restock and redeliver. Instead, they patiently waited for me to sign my contract with the storage facility setting them back several hours. This was a shock to me and a hassle for them. Yet their movers could not have been more gracious and professional. Down to the last item which was my prized piano. Dave Aldrige in the main office helped ensure all was sorted. They were understanding and professional. In every situation, especially complex ones, things can always go wrong. The way a company handles the adversity is the true measure of service and I am grateful.
