This is to thank you for our recent house move. Everything went very well and we are extremely pleased with the service you provided. We hadn’t used a storage service before and were pleased with how easy you made it for us. From when Dan and his colleague arrived and emptied our old house to when they brought everything back this week has gone really well. Dan and his colleague were both really helpful and friendly and on time, which really helped as it was a fairly stressful time. I’d definitely use your service again and would be happy to recommend you to anyone.

Just to let you know how much I appreciate Mark and Sean’s work. They are pleasant, polite, hard working, thorough and efficient. They managed to get through about three quarters of the packing and will continue on Monday. I am highly impressed.

We were impressed with how Britannia managed our move using 2 locations in order to achieve our needs at short notice ( Oswestry as well as Braintree )in the busy period before Xmas Britannia gave us good service 14 years ago the last time we moved and thats why we wanted them to move us this time .We were very pleased the level of service which met our expectations second time around In general the experience with office staff was better with Oswestry who were always very prompt at replying Removal crew were great from both offices

The firm of Thomas Casserly’s has moved us I think on six or seven times over the past 25 years or so – it is worth noting that their service becomes more professionally customer oriented upon each occasion whilst the cost is not excessive. They should be jolly proud and we continue to be grateful.

Britannia offered a service which was up and beyond anything i was expecting, the removal men that attended our house were professional, kind, caring, smart and very through, and didn’t stop unless i gave them a drink and made them. They loaded and unloaded very quickly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They took down a king size bed and corner wardrobe and erected it at the other end, TV, Mattresses etc were neatly wrapped in blankets and everything arrived undamaged, in previous years of using other firms, items have either been broken or scratched but Britannia took extra care in not damaging any belongings, which to me is very important. The office staff couldn’t do enough when a call was made, nothing was too much for them and they were very polite. Once we had un-packed, a call was made and the boxes were collected in record time so they weren’t hanging around. I would defiantly recommend using Amanda who offers a great service on behalf of Utility warehouse. Not only does she attended your home address but she will make contact regular and will save you money on your bills, she’s professional, kind, funny, explains everything you need to know in English and not in cooperate jargon, and reliable. Over all Britannia is a company that is family orientated and they will go up and beyond any other removal company. They are competitive but you pay for a 5* service that is delivered. Thank you all at Britannia, you made our house move so less stressful. Keep up the good work.

Hi,

Weds and Thursday this week we moved offices from Skipton to Crosshills.

I would just like to email you to say the teams of guys that moved us did a fabulous job, we had quite a lot of office equipment, some of it quite heavy or bulky and there were flights of stairs to contend with at each end too.

All the guys that moved us were great, all very professional, and friendly they moved everything in a very timely manner, they wrapped particular items and took care when manoeuvring items.

I would not hesitate in recommending Britannia to anyone looking for a professional removal company.

Hi Charlotte Just to let you know the move went really well, fantastic thanks. Your two guys and their ‘supporters’ were excellent, really focused throughout packing, loading, unloading. They took great care of both houses and consulted us throughout.  I’ll recommend you any time, in fact people have been asking about our packing/moving experience already so have been able to give a positive response.  If we move again we’ll be in touch straight away But now we are unpacking the very well packed boxes Tricia 🙂

Dear Andy I am writing to inform you that our container arrived in Famagusta on Monday, and after producing all the necessary paperwork at customs on Tuesday, our container was delivered to our new home yesterday evening. We would both like to thank Tracey and yourself for all the assistance given to us and of course the team of three who did the packing and lifting for us. We are looking forward to a very busy but exciting day being reunited with our “worldly goods”. Kind Regards
