Bart and Ben were fantastic. They arrived on time, we're really helpful, polite, friendly and worked efficiently and quickly packing up cut, glass, piano and plants. They met us at our new home the following day in Edinburgh and soon got everything in the right place in our new home. They were great and took a lot of the hard work out of what could have been very stressful.

This move was a dream and the team at Bradshaws were the reason why. Samantha in the office was so helpful and understanding, despite the changing dates of the move. The price was great, so having brilliant pre move support gave us confidence that all would go well. The move itself was seamless. The lads that were on our move, Rhys, Ben S, Jamie P and Albert Miles were simply outstanding. There were courteous, hard working and brilliant at packing the stuff away and equally as good at the other end, emptying the vans in good time, with every box being placed in the right room. They brought all the boxes, paper, bubble wrap, screen protectors and clothes rails. They even pick up the boxes afterwards free of charge. Recommended!! Thanks everyone.

Whole Heartedly Recommend this company. From quote to move in they have been a dream. No teeth sucking quote as experienced with other quoting company’s. We used the packing service and wow I highly recommend. The whole house was expertly packed the day before in about 4 hours by Ben G & Aaron. On move day Rhys, Ben S & Egis seamlessly moved all items out so quickly- including collapsing the beds.
Ben & Aaron joined the team on move in and they were so mindful of where boxes were moved too and what needed to be accessed and rebuilding the beds. Not one single item was broken in the move- not one wall scratched. This is the best living experience I’ve ever had- everyone was so friendly and clear, it’s made moving so easy. Thank you.

Rhys, Ben G and Ray arrived exactly at the time predicted after moving my household goods for me from their storage base in the West Midlands to a new storage base in Cumbria. They were very helpful in sorting my furniture from other goods and placing them in the two new Cumbrian containers. At all times they were helpful and cheerful.
I would also like to thank Luke in the office for his great help in arranging the move. He could not do enough to make the move go as smoothly as possible.
One criticism I have of the firm is that some of the packing done for the move from my house in Redditch was poor. To give an example, my computer, screen and scanner/printer were shoved into an open box with a watering can and wire garden sieve. Nothing was done to protect the computer screen.

We used Britania Bradshaw for our move over 2 days from Birmingham to Norfolk.
From the first phone call with Luke to book a survey appointment to the last item being unloaded into our new home everything went very smoothly.
Martin arrived on time for the survey and was very helpful and professional and guided us through the removal process. He also gave us a price before leaving which was followed up by email and a courtesy phone call.
When we called to accept the quote, Jackie was very cheerful and helpful. She sent confirmation of the plan of action promptly.

Rhys and Scott have just moved us they were very polite and professional packing all of our belongings in a timely manner. They also dismantled our furniture and reassembled it at our new property making sure they protected the carpet when bringing everything into the new property. I rarely leave five star and rave reviews as there’s usually room for improvement but in this instance I have no hesitation in doing so.

And there's me thinking after being told by anyone that has done it that "Moving house is really stressful!"
I couldn't see it myself and wondered why this was...
Then it dawned on me that clearly these people hadn't used Britannia Bradshaw for the removal process.
I'm absolutley amazed at the speed and professionalism that our team, Rhys, Ben G, and Ben S carried out our move. It was like watching a well oiled machine in action.
They arrived on site at the agreed time, were friendly, and most importantly handled every single item like it was a new born child.
They kept in touch with us to let us know they had reached our new home and waited patiently for us whilst we collected keys.
I really couldn't fault the hard work that Rhys, Ben S, and Ben G put in on a really hot summers afternoon!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Britannia Bradshaw to anyone looking for a removal service. Not the cheapest option but you know the saying "You get what you pay for!"
We more than got our moneys worth.

Positive experience from start to finish. Jackie friendly and immediately picked up my enquiry, and Martin was promptly booked for my consultation. Martin took the time to survey the house and let me ask questions. Other firms had really rushed this part. He was very kind and personable. I came away feeling that I understood the quote and also how to actually pack up a house. Luke was also so helpful and prompt to respond at the office to book my removal for me. The team on the day were great: Spencer, Rhys and Scott. They were efficient, friendly and had a great sense of humour. This certainly relieved the stress of the day. To say that I’ve been stressed about this move across the UK is an understatement. I’ve never been so nervous! Luckily Rhys, Jamie, Carl and Ben dealt with everything quickly and professionally. The move happened like clockwork, and I would wholeheartedly recommend moving with them again. They took care with my stuff, packed it excellently and were a really friendly bunch of people. Luke on the phone was also incredibly helpful when I had questions.

We had several problems on the day of our move and these were mainly due to not enough space allocated in the van and not enough people moving us. Fortunately we weren’t moving far so an extra trip was done but filling and emptying the van twice was time consuming and it was an extremely long day.
Our 4 star rating is made up of 3 stars to Britannia Bradshaw and 5 stars to Rhys, Ben and Laimis, without whom this move could have been a disaster. They worked long hours with no paid overtime which is poor considering that the quote was based on 4 people moving us. Well done lads and thank you for your hard work.

We would highly recommend Britannia Bradshaw Removals and Storage. We recently moved and had to put our belongings in storage for a couple of weeks. Everyone we had contact with at Britannia Bradshaw were professional, helpful and made our move so much easier and less stressful. Martin, Luke & Jacki helped get us organised and we had two different teams to help us move out and in. In November the team of Spencer, Jamie, Ben and Aaron did an excellent job of packing up and storing my house contents. Nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly and respectful of my belongings. Today Rhys, Scott, Chris and Mark transported the stored goods from Halesowen to Aylesbury. Despite the freezing temperatures they worked hard and made sure I was happy with the placement of everything. I would thoroughly recommend this company and their employees. A special mention too of Luke and Jackie in the office and Martin who were always happy to answer any queries I had.

Very friendly, but professional, from our house survey and quote through to the removal day. All details were clearly explained and questions fully answered. The removal guys were efficient and well practised! We had packing too and our belongings have gone into store. I'll feedback on phase 2, ie move into our new home, at a later date, but I'm guessing it will be similar to the move out!

Happy to recommend all the team at Bradshaw Britannia Birmingham. From all the office staff and the guys doing the heavy work on the front line we were met with patience, politeness, friendliness and excellent service. We were very impressed with the packing our 3 bedroom house including the disassembling of our king size ottoman by Jamie and his colleague (whose name escapes me at present, my apologies)and the delivery, unloading and reassembly of our said bed into our new home by Bart and Vaidas. I would like to thank Bart and Ben for the fantastic job of moving us to our new home in Cornwall. What was thought to be a 3 day move was completed on the afternoon of day 2. Bart and Ben were very professional, getting to us on time on day 1 and finished the removal by mid afternoon. On day 2 they were waiting for us to arrive, but there were no complaints from them. As we have bought a new home, the unloading was a lot easier as the doorways are wider than our old house. Bart and Ben were extremely courteous throughout, and we would happily recommend them to our family and friends if they were moving. 10 out of 10 guys!

Mark, Scott and the team were fantastic on the day of our move and made the whole experience less stressful than it could have been. In addition to moving the usual boxes and household items, they collapsed (and rebuilt) the beds and wardrobes, emptied our loft space and moved the piano. Prompt arrival and finished on time. This was the first time we’d moved house and having heard moving was one of the most stressful things someone does, made it a bit daunting, but the whole team at Britannia Bradshaw made it as easy as possible. Luke in the office was helpful and responsive whilst I was sorting out a day. Kim and Darren came and packed our house on day 1; and did it quickly and efficiently. On the move day, Jack, Rob and Darren were super friendly and helpful. They loaded the truck, and got it unloaded at the other end very professionally. This was our second time moving with Britannia Bradshaw and the service provided was again excellent. Luke in the office was a friendly, professional and very efficient point of contact arranging the details of the move, and then rearranging them when our plans inevitably changed. The removal team was fantastic. They arrived on time and worked very hard to pack up our belongings efficiently, carefully and quickly on day 1; they knew what they were doing and were good at it. Their helpful, friendly and professional manner really took a lot of stress out of the day. On day 2 we had Ben and Bart again, moving us into our new property. Nothing was too much trouble; all of our things arrived safely, they made sure everything was where we wanted it to be and that we knew to contact the company once we were unpacked to arrange for a pick up of the packaging material for recycling from our new local branch, which was super helpful. Everyone involved in our move is truly a credit to the company, thank you all very much for being friendly and professional throughout and making our move go so smoothly.

Removal from Falmouth to Solihull on 17/18 June was made easier by the packing teams from Truro and the unloading crew from Birmingham and Truro. The crews were efficient, friendly and took care of all our worldly goods. The same could also be said of the back office team in Truro. Would happily recommend Lanes and the whole Britannia network.

I hired Britannia Bradshaw as they are members of the British Association of Removers, they are fully insured and operate to the highest standards. I wasn't disappointed. They arrived slightly early on the day and the team worked diligently and were patient, as I wasn't fully packed. They had the 3 bed house with garage I was moving from fully loaded within three and a half hours and were extremely helpful and compassionate when a couple of items couldn't fit up the narrow stairs in my downsized 2 bed cottage! I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, hard work and kindness. Highly recommended.

From the moment Martin came to provide us with a quote, we felt total confidence in Britannia Bradshaw to help us with our move. Our moving date was confirmed quite last minute but Luke our move manager was great and we could collect packing materials ahead of confirming our date. Come moving day, we knew the team would be efficient but they were something else! Thank you Adrian, Connor, Bart, Spencer and a couple of extra people who moved us out in no time and took great care with our piano! You all made moving day as stress free for us as possible, we didn't know what to do with ourselves. Our move was over two days so day two saw all of our belongings delivered. The team were so helpful putting everything in designated rooms making the mammoth task of unpacking a lot easier. From start to finish everyone was brilliant and we couldn't have asked for a better team to help, would highly recommend, thank you!

AMAZING service and I would highly recommend. Spencer, Reese, Aaron and Jamie were a delight! They came right on time and packed my 2 bedroom home efficiently, carefully, and fast. They asked questions, wrapped everything expertly and I feel so good about my belongings safely going to Sweden. I had a few fragile things and they were super careful. Rhys, Ben and Jamie B have been amazing from start to finish today and really helped ease mine and my wife's stresses from the moment they arrived with their calm, friendly and professional demeanour.
They are great lads and quickly and efficiently went from room to room taking care with each item as they went along.

We had Jamie to move my Mum last Friday. What an asset to the company Jamie is. Unphased by anything, chatting to my Mum and putting her at ease. He never stopped and always with a smile on his face.

We have had a great experience with Brittania. The quote process was dealt with professionally and sensitively - moving is a stressful time! Vans arrived on the agreed date at a sensible time, all three guys greeted us with handshakes and were friendly and professional. They did an amazing job packing the van, with a really heavy sideboard, piano and a motorbike and so much stuff even we were surprised how it mounted up. Spencer and Jamie B were our guys who accompanied all our stuff up to Scotland, enduring horrible weather for the whole two days with no complaints. They were polite, efficient, accepted hot drinks but declined lunch and were on their way again by 10am having left us in a good state even though my husband was very ill and couldn’t help at all. So glad we chose this company and thanks to everyone involved, especially our movers who managed everything brilliantly.

Now we've settled into our new home, we want to thank everyone at Britannia Bradshaw's Halesowen Depot for the excellent service, assistance and help moving our possessions after 36 years in one house. From Martin who came to quote for the service, to Luke who assisted with queries on the phone, to the lads who did the physical move on the day - Jamie H, Ben, Luke and Reece, who were also joined by Jamie B and Chris - everyone of them were hardworking, polite and wouldn't let us lift a finger. The 4 guys over the 3 day move from Birmingham to Somerset were all absolute legends.

They made a very stressful situation much much easier.
And both my parents are both extremely grateful for all the hard work you guys did for all of us.

Excellent all around service from Britannia Bradshaw Birmingham for my recent move. The team were fantastic at all stages. Martin provided great advice as part of the quotation process and the team responded quickly and informatively to my enquiries. On moving day, Rhys and Carl really went above and beyond for me. Everything went to plan, they were communicative and punctual. I enjoyed getting to know them, making what could be a stressful day actually quite fun! Geoff and I used Britannia Bradshaw recently, to move half our furniture and effects from Lichfield to the Abruzzo region in Italy. The quote process with Martin was very easy and then the move co-ordination with Jacki was very smooth; Jacki answered our queries with great patience.
Les, Paul and Spencer who came to pack up were a pleasure to deal with; very professional and careful with our goods, also friendly and helpful - and got through it all faster than we expected.
We were aware it would take 2-4 weeks to arrive in Abruzzo and Jacki kept us informed; we did ask a couple of times but that was just for our own peace of mind, really. The team that delivered it in Italy were also very professional and it was a bit like playing 'bingo' as I ticked off all the package numbers! They didn't deliver 3 packages that day as they did not have room on their van, however they advised it would be the following week - and it was. We have not yet been able to unpack, but we did not see any external signs of damage.

I had my goods in storage with BBR, and they then took it to my new address months later. There were a few invoicing issues, granted, but overall, a great experience - and the folks on move day really do help make sure its as stress free as possible - which is what everyone wants! Les, Kieran and David were with us promptly earlier than the arranged time. They were professional throughout the day and always polite and friendly.
They loaded the truck with all our possessions easily before we needed to be out.

From Martin giving us the quote, to Paul and Spencer putting the last few boxes in the storage unit and Martin in between helping pack up our house we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank you so much for all you did for us, we still have a lot of boxes to get through a month on, but we’re getting there and would happily use them again. Unpacking the boxes this end is like opening presents you never quite know what your going to find, but it’s all part of the fun of moving. I couldn’t have packed up the house as quickly as you did for us. I even got to play box forts as well!!

Moving house is very stressful but was made so much easier by the calm professionalism of the team, starting with the initial quote from Martin who talked us through the whole process putting us at ease straight away, as we have also needed to have some of our belongings in storage while we await our onward move. The removal team - Ade, Kieran and Connor, arrived promptly and again were reassuring and worked methodically and tidily and were so polite and a real pleasure to have around on our moving day. We would not hesitate to recommend them highly based on our experience and feel confident that our onward move will be as smooth.

Fantastic service. Cannot recommend enough - Paul, Kieran, Luke and Dave were absolutely brilliant. After a very long day awaiting the keys to our new home, the guys were just as professional at 8pm as they were first thing in the morning. A long day was had by all, but the service received from these guys helped and nothing was too much trouble! Thank you all! Expected arrival 08.30 to 09.30... arrived 08.35. Dan and Jamie (Stokes) introduced themselves (all these simple courteous things matter) and explained what they were going to do and in what order. Proceeded to remove all items down two flights of stairs into van quickly and efficiently, (helping each other when necessary). Ascertained what each item was and were cappropriately careful with fragile items.This took about 40 mins. The started to dismantle wooden double sized high sleeper bed frame (with high legs space saver design. ) Had all the appropriate tools, knew exactly what they were doing and worked together well as a team. All sections were taped together and labelled. This took 20mins. All finished in one hour. I had expected 2-3 hours. Also, as a bonus helped me to pack stuff in my car ensuring boot would shut and contents safe.
Friendly, chatty and reassuring but extremely professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend.
