Dan and Jamie (Stokes) introduced themselves (all these simple courteous things matter) and explained what they were going to do and in what order. Proceeded to remove all items down two flights of stairs into van quickly and efficiently, (helping each other when necessary). Ascertained what each item was and were cappropriately careful with fragile items.This took about 40 mins. The started to dismantle wooden double sized high sleeper bed frame (with high legs space saver design. ) Had all the appropriate tools, knew exactly what they were doing and worked together well as a team. All sections were taped together and labelled. This took 20mins. All finished in one hour. I had expected 2-3 hours. Also, as a bonus helped me to pack stuff in my car ensuring boot would shut and contents safe.Friendly, chatty and reassuring but extremely professional and courteous.
