Our Step Process
We have a simple step process to ensure the most efficient and secure way of shredding your sensitive documents:
- We supply you with a destruction sack, which you fill with the sensitive documents required for shredding, and seal with a zip tie that is provided.
- Put this to one side, safe, awaiting collection
- Hand the bags over to Britannia Pink and Jones’s removal team for confidential destruction. A certificate will be issued as soon as the destruction of your confidential documents has taken place.
Rest assured that our confidential shredding staff all sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure that your documents have been handled securely throughout the collection to destruction process. We have a dedicated warehouse where destruction of these documents takes place where the paper is bailed once shredded and sent to our local mill for recycling.
