Do you provide crate hire? How secure are the crates for sensitive data?

Yes, crate hire is available. We provide industry-standard LC3 crates (the most popular size), as well as specialist computer crates and flat-screen computer crates. Key security features:

• Crates can be sealed shut with a lid for extra security in transit.
• Robust, weatherproof polypropylene construction — stackable and durable.
• Each crate hire order carries a unique order number; Britannia keeps detailed records of all deliveries and collections.
• Crates are placed in designated areas by delivery staff.

For document security during a move, we also offer a confidential shredding service. A certificate of destruction is issued.
