Bradshaw Removals Leicester Team


Mark purchased the business in April 2016 after completing his apprenticeship over 22 years in various sales and management roles in the removal industry. He is passionate about delivering a quality service and making the business as successful as it can be. Living locally with his partner Nicki and their pet beagle Woody, he is a keen DIY enthusiast which has to fit in around his passion for crown green bowling, keeping fit and supporting Wasps Rugby team which isn’t popular with the legions of Leicester Tigers supporters at the business!



Trevor is one of our sales team and has worked in the removal industry for 30 years. He particularly enjoys meeting his customers to help them fine tune their removal plans whether it is a move within the UK or the other side of the globe. Outside of work, he and his wife Rachael support their children Hope and Flynn with their social activities (mainly as a taxi service as all parents know) – leaving a little time for attending the gym, boot camps and DIY.


Doug started in the industry in 2001 as an LGV driver and removal man. After managing another company that was bought by Bradshaw in October 2017 he transferred to us giving us valuable additional experience. Doug is now part of our sales team. Being a keen motorcyclist he spends his spare time tinkering with old bikes and riding in many charity events to benefit his local community.


After 20 years as a removal man and LGV driver, Darren transferred to the office team in November 2017 as the Operations Manager, looking after all of our bookings. Darren has seen and done most things in the removal industry and his cool, calm demeanour helps him ensure that our operation and our client expectations are always met. Darren loves spending time with his three children Ellie, Chris and Evie, endlessly ferrying them around to football matches, cooking competitions and martial arts classes.


Lynn joined the business in September 2016 as our first Customer Services Advisor. After a career spanning 25 years in facilities management and estate agency, Lynn is well placed to understand our clients’ needs and frustrations at what can be one of the most stressful times. Lynn and her partner Jim spend their leisure time making the most of their camper van and looking after their grandchild.



Pam joined in April 2018 as a Customer Services Advisor following a return to work after having her child Ryan and running her own business refurbishing and selling Kett-Cars – the popular children’s go-carts. With her attention to detail, Pam looks after all our shredding clients as her speciality. Outside work Pam loves socialising and spending time with her family.
