Yes. Britannia places significant emphasis on the safe relocation of IT equipment. Key practices:

• IT equipment is wrapped in anti-static bubble wrap and techno-cartons for maximum protection.
• Specialist computer crates are available (standard monitor crates and flat-screen crates).
• Britannia coordinates with the client’s IT department throughout.
• Equipment is unwrapped and placed on designated desks at the new premises.
• Full IT decommissioning and recommissioning is offered as a service.

For data security: confidential shredding is available (certificate of destruction is supplied); hard drive and media destruction is also offered with a destruction certificate. Britannia recommends clients back up all data securely before the move and ensure sensitive information is protected throughout.
