What to Do In Islington

Two secondary schools can be found in Islington, The City of London Academy which is a mixed-gender school and Elizabeth Garret Anderson School (EGA) which is an all-girls secondary school. If you are willing to travel a little further afield there are eight more secondary schools within a reasonable commuting distance. Holloway School, for example, is just 10 minutes cycle from Highbury and Islington Train Station.

Islington is also the home to City and Islington College, a 25-year-old educational establishment that has served over a quarter of a million young people.
