Overall it was a fantastic experience!
Moving overseas is a stressful event, however the professionalism of the team made us feel at ease from the initial interaction to them leaving.
Cassius was great - he called me on both mornings with an ETA and on arrival, they took a quick walk around, decided on a plan of action and started packing.
Over both days the entire team (Cassius, Leo, Peter) were friendly, courteous and respectful. They just got on with things and what impressed us was that they remembered exactly what items we wanted packed and what had to stay behind.They left the house neat and tidy as well.

We recently moved from Sydney to London, and Britannia handled our delivery. On delivery day, the removal crew called ahead with the delivery time, which was very helpful. Igor, Lyndell, and John were extremely professional and efficient, quickly unloading our belongings. They unpacked our furniture and even helped us arrange it around the new place. Really helpful and hardworking team—thank you!

Very slick and efficient
Used Britannia RyansMove Wembley to move from London to Nottingham 28-29 July 2025. 5 men, 2 vans, 2-day job. It was all very slick and efficient. The men were very polite and friendly and worked very hard. Rang me before their arrival on both days to give ETA. Emptied my 2nd floor (no lift) London flat into the lorries in under 3 hours, and unloaded in Nottingham in even less time. They took the stress out of the experience. I am very grateful.

Super capable and genuine team who moved our immense amount of belongings to the new place. Thank you to Igor, Lyndell, Mat, Leo, Mohamed and Dean (and any others we couldn’t catch their names in the midst of chaos). They were extremely patient, detailed, friendly, and initiative — moving with efficiency and care. It would be useful if we were briefed in advance before the day on the overall moving procedure. Otherwise, they were professional, and conducted themselves very honestly. It was a smooth and productive 2 day transition. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to try out a moving company!

I recently moved house on 14th March this year and I was so impressed with the service. The three guys were so helpful, friendly and very efficient, they went above and beyond to make my move as stress free as possible. I want to say a big thank you to Igor, Aurimas and Mohamed. I cannot recommend Britannia enough they were incredible throughout our international move. During the whole process they were ridiculously professional calm and just nothing was a problem for them. Their price was great relative to the rest and honestly they were just brilliant from the get go. It is absolutely one of the most stressful things in life moving and especially internationally but this was the least stressful move I've ever had, extremely efficient, super polite just don't bother look at anyone else just book with them now! Seriously get off this review stop wasting your time and book.

Very pleased with my experience moving from London to storage. The team were efficient, friendly and polite. The move was scheduled at short notice and included a difficult extraction of the sofa through a raised ground floor window for which other movers had quoted an additional £750. Overall a positive experience and I'd use them again.

I was nervous about how our packers would handle our belongings, but Igor, Mat and Anthony were absolutely fantastic and put us right at ease. They wrapped anything delicate very carefully, were thorough, very kind, and efficient with their work. We are so thrilled with how the process went and would highly recommend Britannia for this team.
Igor also made sure to reinforce that we should ask the team in Canada to remove all rubish and rebuild furniture since it is in our contract. Super appreciated that he highlighted this for us. 🙏🏻

Phyllis and Stephen also worked through the holidays to get our contract finalized and to get our belongings on the next ship heading to Canada in record speed. Truly above and beyond.

Britannia Ryan Moves made the move to the Isle of Man so much easier. Phyllis sorted out the parking permit within 24 hours and everything else was notified to me in very good time.
Mateusz, Tomek, Bashik and Hezron arrived on time and packed everything up carefully. Mateusz and Tomek traveled to the Isle of Man and unloaded everything into the correct rooms efficiently. The care, courtesy and efficiency could not be faulted.

I couldn't be happier with my entire experience with Britannia. Everything from start to finish was INCREDIBLE. I had a very stressful move and everyone at Britannia made it so smooth for me. Stephen helped coordinate everything and was so patient even when my move-in date on the other side kept changing - and then when Matheius & Cosmin loaded everything in they were SO KIND and helped get everything where it needed to be, they just were really nice and made the whole process to easy. If I ever internationally move again, I will never use anyone but Britannia and hope I get to deal with Stephen, Matheius & Cosmin again!!! Thanks so much!!!
